Spot Consultation Fridays

From time to time, when you find yourself at a crossroads, it helps to step through a door and think a situation through with someone who will listen carefully.

Each Friday afternoon I open a 30-minute Spot Consultation on Zoom for those who would like to think through one issue or opportunity they are navigating. These conversations are informal, reflective and confidential.

Sometimes a short conversation is enough to reveal a perspective that had not been visible before.

What Happens in a Spot Consultation

During the conversation we will:

  • 1

clarify the situation you are facing

  • 2

explore perspectives you may not have considered

  • 3

    identify possible next steps

The intention is simple: to help you leave with greater clarity and direction.

Situations People Bring

You may come with questions such as:

a leadership or management dilemma

a career transition or professional crossroads

a strategic decision you are weighing

a challenge in your work or organisation

Bring one situation that matters to you.

The Friday Conversation Door

One 30-minute conversation door opens each Friday.

You may reserve the time in advance using the booking link below. If you prefer, you may also enter the Zoom room during the scheduled time.

Because the conversation is personal and reflective, only one discussion takes place in the room.

If the room is already engaged in conversation when you arrive, you are warmly invited to return another Friday.

Confidentiality

These conversations are private and treated with discretion.

Occasionally I may share general reflections from these conversations in my writing or speaking, but never in a way that identifies the individual or situation.

Sometimes one conversation is enough to illuminate the next step.
